Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT DEADLINES:

Discounts can be applied by the first 100 delegates to register AND pay (25%), and the second 100 delegates to register AND pay (15%). Thereafter the full registration fees are to be paid. Payments can be done via credit/debit card or EFT. No delegates will be permitted to access The Virtual Conservation Symposium 2020 unless full payment has been received. Valid orders will be accepted providing payment is made before 30 November 2020. Delegates will be liable for any outstanding costs if orders are not honoured by his/her organisation.

CANCELLATIONS:

To cancel your participation for any part of The Symposium, a written request must be received via email to secretariat@conservationsymposium.com on or before 17h00 on Tues 13 Oct 2020. Requests for refunds should be accompanied by official banking details (bank statement, or confirmation on bank letterhead). A 5% administration fee will be deducted from all refunds.

SUBSTITUTIONS:

If a delegate is replaced by another delegate for any part of The Symposium, a written request must be received via email on or before 17h00 on Tues 13 Oct 2020. Substitutions thereafter will attract a 10% administration fee. Substitutions are expected to complete the registration process as a new delegate before attending the Symposium. The delegate will be liable to pay any outstanding costs if his/her organisation fail to do so.

ALTERATIONS TO QUOTATIONS/INVOICES:

The first alteration to these documents is free of charge, thereafter an alteration fee of R100 will be charged.
